Q: Can I drop off my files and wait for these to be printed, I'm in a rush?
A: Yes you can, but you need to give us as much notice as possible.

Q: Can I drop off my files and call back later?
A: Yes you can, or we can arrange for the prints to be delivered back to you or sent directly to your customer.

Q: Can I get my files printed on a media that's unusual?
A: Yes you can, we specialize in printing on exotic, different media's. If it's under 2 inches thick, we'll print on it.

Q: I want to pitch for a customer, and I only need a small number printed?
A: Yes you can, we print low quantity for the specialty markets, when you land that big client we want you to call back.

Q: I've just sealed 'the big job'. I need to print 50 banners 10 ft x 15 ft, 200- 4 ft x 8 ft p.o.p boards and wrap 10 trucks, and I want them printed all at the same place for consistency. Can this be done and are these numbers ok?
A: Yes they are, if you've got a job and don't have the time to print it yourself, send it to us and concentrate on that next job. We'll look after this for you, we print everything in-house rigid or flexible. When completed we will ship back to you or you can call back and collect. This will help keep your over head down and your profits up.

Q: I have my own special media, can you print on this for me?
A: Yes we can, but we will need extra time to set-up and profile the print (it's always helpful to send a few extra pieces for us to test on).

Q: My client wants to print on clear glass and have some areas print white. I use to print this by silk screen before, how can you help me print this sort of job?
A: That's the type of problem we like to be sent. We can print on glass or clear acrylic, and print a masked area in white only......... all from 1 file. No second silk screen. It's the specialty of the Grand Format Digital Flatbed printer we use. We can also offer a clear varnish masked area, the only limitation is it needs to be under 2 inches thick.

Q: I want to send you my files, but how do I know you won't approach my customers?
A: We only print for the Retail sector, we're not interested in chasing clients for work, we leave that to you guys.
